History

The first SOL meeting was in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK during November 2009. This was the result of encouragement from international Church leaders such as John Arnott (Catch the Fire, Canada) and support from many local Church Leaders representing different Christian denominations.

In November 2017 SOL began offering 30 minute prophetic and dream interpretation appointments which can be booked via the link on the website. After a “sell-out” year, the team expanded and doubled the number of monthly appointments. This highly valued service is now global using zoom. In February 2021, the appointments service has expanded further to specifically serve those who are spiritually seeking, have no faith, or have a faith which is not based on Christianity.

As an international prophetic network we also became Community Interest Company in 2019.  Since April 2020 we streamlined to one regular monthly online international gathering (2nd Friday of each month). This has allowed us to expand our core team (which is based mainly in the NE of England) to create an additional large wider team encompassing folk throughout the UK and overseas (e.g .USA). All are welcome to our monthly gatherings to maintain the “One Church, many denominations” unity ethos of SOL in the Kingdom of God. There are a number of other SOL Centres in the pipeline including other locations in the UK, Europe and the USA.  See our Worldwide Family map page here!
