It was a time of reviewing 2023 ready for 2024, humility and spiritual giants, and pivot point teaching. There were so many newcomers including New Zealand. The feedback from the zoom rooms was amazing. Thanks to all who joined us from across the globe, the SOL Zoom host teams, Holly for organising everything and Anita for being a fantastic Zoom host.

They will be broadcast on the brilliant Ruth O’Reilly-Smith show at approx. 10.30am each week day from Monday 18th December with the final one on Christmas morning https://www.ucb.co.uk/ruth (there is catch up on their UCB App).
